Offlith

Offlith, a registered trademark is a special printing method which combines the advantages of intaglio printing, heliograph printing and offset by eliminating the rastr effect, the fundamental drawback of commonly made prints. Offlith excels in delivering best possible results in printing watercolours, colour drawings, litography, aquatint and mezzotint prints, making the difference between original and copy almost disappear. Offlith furthemore achieves a wholly new level of quality in printing copies of black-and-white and colour photographs, where the method can imitate with full faithfulness either the texture of highly enlargered master copies or, on the contrary, deliver a perfectly smooth transition values of the most delicate hues.
